Jason Arant is the founder of OSIEL. He has been an educator for 21 years. He received his bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Oklahoma State University and later earned his master's degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M-Commerce and his Principal's Certification from Northeastern State University.

Jason is a lifelong learner whose career has taken him to Texas, Puerto Rico, and Oklahoma. Throughout his journey, he has excelled as a classroom teacher, department head, curriculum developer and district mentor. "Teaching is my passion. I have known that this was my calling from an early age."

Jason enjoys coaching baseball, attending church, travelling, and spending time with his two kids, Audrey and Ethan.
